I have had the misfortune of living in the worst building imaginable; it was constantly noisy from both the street and neighbours. You could audibly hear them walking, using the washroom and cooking. The balcony was flimsily constructed and always filled with garbage from upstairs dwellers. Furthermore, old window panels that wouldn't close properly meant you would be freezing during wintertime. Even with renovations, baseboards and heating were falling apart; no matter how clean you kept the bathroom, it still harboured a sulphur gas-like odour.

Not sure if the 5 star reviews are genuine or a result of the $150 Amazon gift card promotional offer associated with Google reviews for Rosebury square. We moved in to 145 Marlee Handed apartment two weeks ago and there were many issues that were supposed to be fixed before we moved, but they weren't. When I inquired about fixing them, the supervisor was very rude - which is surprising as we moved here from an apartment in the USA with top-notch management. The marketing team here is great at doing their job, however it would be wise to speak with the building's supervisor prior to moving in because you will have to deal with them for any problems that arise. Additionally, if noise bothers you this place can be quite loud - despite its good room sizes and cleanliness of the building and laundry services. Therefore 3 stars due to these factors; however if noise isn't a problem and luck is on your side so you don't have run into any issues with supervisors, then this place can be good.
