I moved into this building in late 2019 and out at the end of 2020 The laundry room was particularly unpleasant with cobwebs and dirt in the corners there were also mold and mildew on the old washing machines that had builtup detergent and fabric softener residue Signs were posted to keep machines open after use but no one followed this rule not even the cleaning staff Roaches were also present The parking is an outdoor garage that is not very secure many people have had their cars broken into or damaged here Maintenance was good though there was an employee who lived in the building that could quickly solve any problems I had within an hour of reporting them Cleanliness was standard but some tenants didnt care about their surroundings which affected it negatively Management depended on whom you spoke to one person didnt like dealing with conflict while two others were friendly and eager to help out when needed The unit I lived in had been renovated minimally new bathroom appliances that came with pest control certificates but low water pressure from kitchen pipes and slowflowing sink water from bathroom taps as well as a strong flushing toilet with loud heatair conditioning systems when set to low levels due to thin walls letting noise through easily from other units or pipes squeaking etc Balconies were falling apart due to rusting frames separating them from their bases making dirt fall through gaps below while windows are not more ... hide ...
