Ive been living here for almost three years and the management and maintenance staff are excellent keeping the building and its landscaping in good condition The apartments have a luxurious appearance with marble counters white cupboards and stainlesssteel appliances additionally the gym is great since its not very busy The only downside is that my upstairs 2022-10-25T03:02:18Z
Ive been living here for almost three years and the management and maintenance staff are excellent keeping the building and its landscaping in good condition The apartments have a luxurious appearance with marble counters white cupboards and stainlesssteel appliances additionally the gym is great since its not very busy The only downside is that my upstairs neighbours can be noisy at late hours they don't understand they have to be considerate of those beneath them as their stomping around and loud voices often go on until late at night even after being warned As of this moment it is 243am more ... hide ...

Hello everyone please do not rent here at any cost It is a terrible experience Rules are altered on a daily basis lobby thieves steal parcels the gym is always shut down and management is horriblethey will glare and yell if you make a complaint Theres too much noise in the apartments you can even hear your neighbor talk go to the bathroom slam the door speak on their phone and play music It feels like my floor vibrates when they walk around The men in charge of management have sketchy backgrounds too Occasionally fights break out over parking spots since they are not assigned to individuals Fake fire alarms occur three or four times per week which disrupts sleep patterns immensely If there are any issues with your apartment then expect for management to come yell at you as well The building isn't safe eitherit shakes during high wind periods Electricity goes off with water sporadically and you get notices from them every couple of days informing changes in rules that have been made recentlyfor example they want people to ask permission before using their own washroom soon enough They should be providing good service but instead act like our bosses as if they don't enjoy their job who knows Leakages occur from living room walls as well as wet walls which never seem to dry up no matter what season it is laundry machines remain broken even after complaining about them time after time and having to fix it yourself instead of having help from workers more ... hide ...

It is not recommended to move here the building has a bad odor in the lobby and there is often litter on the grounds I have personally seen used tampon applicators in the elevator three times recently Pest control will come to spray your unit for bedbugs without warning and hot water can be shut off without notice making it difficult to shower for work There 2022-10-25T04:32:17Z
