The front of this building is in a terrible state cars drive on the broken ground and the management do nothing to improve it It looks like a WWI battlefield Furthermore there are many other issues no amenities expensive parking and takeout requires going downstairs the fob system is awful tenants arent even allowed into the garbage room which causes unsanitary conditions couriers risk tickets from YRP enforcement when dropping off packages as theres nowhere to pull up at the building fire alarm tests occur randomly every week and there are no pedestrian crossings near by Plus SmartCentres promised parks that don't exist so dog owners walk their dogs on boulevards instead which get ruined due to broken glass Lastly SmartCentres demolished the convenience store at Jane7 while constructing these towers Everyone who rated this building 5 stars is most certainly a realtor with an agenda All in all I am very unsatisfied with this companys management inadequate would be an understatement and I will upload photos soon more ... hide ...

After having lived in the nice modern building for a year the property management experience has been very unsatisfying The response to issues is sluggish and unhelpful furthermore just to use the moving elevator when moving in or out now requires an extra 130 fee Be aware if youre considering relocating here that dealing with these people is not recommended

Ive had a great year living here and the new building manager is fantastic If youre looking to rent disregard the negative reviews they are about the old manager Maintenance resolves issues quickly and the rent is reasonably priced I appreciate having laundry and a dishwasher in my unit plus its soundproof so I cant hear my neighbors The units might be smal 2022-10-18T03:02:19Z

Spent a year in this place and it cost me plenty when I had to move out At the start the building manager said that regular wear and tear was acceptable But when I left he demanded that it be returned in the same condition as he gave it to me leading to cleaning charges He also stated that my moveout date was July 31st it turned out to be August 31st I fail 2022-10-18T04:02:20Z
