Residents in Transit City 1 and 2 have negative feedback, such as only four elevators for 550 units and one often being broken causing long waiting times. Parking is a disaster with no visitor spots, monthly spot rent fee of 350$, no amenities except billiards that needs to be booked in the party room package, hydro and water bills of 200-300$ depending on seasons, developments levies paid to the city of Vaughan for two years with no improvements in the neighborhood. The lockers are 2x4ft compared to previous 4x8ft ones; there isn't a bike room or enough bike racks. The "party room" has a capacity of 8-10 persons making it difficult to host regular events like birthdays. This building is suited more towards newcomers or students who haven't experienced better condos.

The front of this building is in a terrible state; cars drive on the broken ground and the management do nothing to improve it. It looks like a WWI battlefield! Furthermore, there are many other issues: no amenities, expensive parking and takeout requires going downstairs; the fob system is awful; tenants aren't even allowed into the garbage room which causes unsanitary conditions; couriers risk tickets from YRP enforcement when dropping off packages as there's nowhere to pull up at the building; fire alarm tests occur randomly every week and there are no pedestrian crossings near by. Plus, SmartCentres promised parks that don't exist, so dog owners walk their dogs on boulevards instead which get ruined due to broken glass. Lastly, SmartCentres demolished the convenience store at Jane/7 while constructing these towers! Everyone who rated this building 5 stars is most certainly a realtor with an agenda. All in all, I am very unsatisfied with this company's management – inadequate would be an understatement – and I will upload photos soon.
