In my years of renting this is undoubtedly the worst place I have ever stayed in Never before had I seen so many cockroaches and wood bugs The onsite managers are completely indifferent to requests for repairs My conversations with those living there or just moving in all tell the same story rent is too high for the lack of security provided and multiple ten 2022-10-08T17:02:18Z
In my years of renting this is undoubtedly the worst place I have ever stayed in Never before had I seen so many cockroaches and wood bugs The onsite managers are completely indifferent to requests for repairs My conversations with those living there or just moving in all tell the same story rent is too high for the lack of security provided and multiple tenants have been waiting up to ten years for fixes that never come The landlords do not appear to understand that the money paid by tenants is legally required to go towards apartment maintenance if necessary The new managers are both unfriendly and uncommunicative theres no point in escalating any issues as they wont care what you say anyway Under no circumstances would I suggest these apartments to anyone those writing positive reviews are either people who quickly move out after their lease expires or buddies of the socalled managers more ... hide ...

Where to start Ill just list my unpleasant experiences onebyone1 When you move into a new apartment get ready to clean off mud sand and dust from every room The walls can have chips and paint chips that they wont bother fixing just plaster and done In two units Ive had gouges in the kitchen archways that werent even addressed2 Moving out is also a hassle you must leave the place completely spotless or get charged Only at Pine Allard Properties3 If youre a light sleeper don't expect too much peace as contractors will be yelling in the halls and jackhammering for hours on end before 8am daily4 Even with severe weather forecasts its unlikely your area will be plowed until three days later so don't forget to move your vehicle by 8am on Saturday when they don't start until ten oclock5 Maintenance crew doesnt know how to install windows properly either when wind blows strong it may as well be open due to drafts coming through curtains6 In springtime they keep their lobbies and hallways heated up to 30 degrees Celsius while other floors complain of being cold 7 Theres only one manager overseeing five or more buildings yet theres an aroundtheclock hotline for everyone if something goes wrong8 Don't put any unwanted furniture in the laundry room either apparently this is considered j more ... hide ...

My husband and I have had an incredible six years living at 10 Reid Drive Judy Drummond our building manager was extraordinary in making us feel welcome from the start She is exceedingly approachable and friendly to talk to if we ever had a minor problem or query she was just an email or call away Both Judy and Dan did a tremendous job keeping the building tidy and every tenant pleased including our baby Unfortunately when our family expanded to three people in 2020 summer we realized that there was not enough room for us anymore Nevertheless Streetsville is a lovely place where we were proud to live for as long as we did there were plenty of walking paths which we got to explore and nearby neighborhoods as well as shops along the main strip all within easy walking distance We could not be more delighted with our time spent at 10 Reid Drive more ... hide ...

We were very pleased with the level of service provided by Lori and Tim from Realstar Management Team From our first conversation Lori showed her sincerity and humility She answered all of our questions in depth which made us recognize her passion for her job This was not our first apartment experience but when we finally met them in person we could tell that the level of service was far superior to anything we had previously encountered They welcomed us with open arms and spent time introducing us to all the amenities Silvercreek Towers and its local community had to offer The lobby and other areas were recently renovated with new furniture mailroom laundry room etc making it look absolutely stunning We received a tour of available units on property before deciding on one that fit us perfectlyThe grounds are kept in immaculate condition they take great pride in their landscaping flowers plants lawns etc making it feel like a vacation resort Our unit is spacious compared to what we had seen before it couldnt be better The neighbours were also very friendly which made us feel even more at home here as pet owners we have a puppy Lori informed us that Silvercreek is pet friendly theres even a dog park where pets can run unleashed within an enclosed area overlooking a peaceful creek All these great features make Silvercreek an ideal place for tenants like ourselves thank you Lori Tim for making this such an enjoyable stay long may it more ... hide ...

As a newcomer to the world of homeowning Im delighted with this building and all it has to offer Its wellmaintained and the property management staff are incredibly helpful The builders and personnel involved have been attentive and accommodating while the local community is very friendly

Absolute joke We recently moved into a brand new townhome in Milton and have had nothing but problems since no hot water flooding in the furnace area due to incorrect plumbing unvarnished stairs uneven tiles and holes barely covered up all signs of a rushed job dishwasher that didnt drain technician said nothing was wrong walls so thin we can hear every sing 2022-09-24T11:02:20Z
