In my years of renting, this is undoubtedly the worst place I have ever stayed in. Never before had I seen so many cockroaches and wood bugs. The onsite managers are completely indifferent to requests for repairs. My conversations with those living there or just moving in all tell the same story: rent is too high for the lack of security provided, and multiple tenants have been waiting up to ten years for fixes that never come. The landlords do not appear to understand that the money paid by tenants is legally required to go towards apartment maintenance if necessary. The new managers are both unfriendly and uncommunicative; there's no point in escalating any issues as they won't care what you say anyway. Under no circumstances would I suggest these apartments to anyone - those writing positive reviews are either people who quickly move out after their lease expires, or buddies of the so-called managers.
