Absolute joke. We recently moved into a brand new townhome in Milton and have had nothing but problems since: no hot water; flooding in the furnace area due to incorrect plumbing; unvarnished stairs, uneven tiles, and holes barely covered up (all signs of a rushed job); dishwasher that didn't drain (technician said nothing was wrong); walls so thin we can hear every single step our neighbours take; and worst of all: the smallest bedroom smells of urine. Even though market prices are high and options limited, this has been an incredibly disappointing rip off. We contacted customer service multiple times but they haven't resolved anything yet. In response to the reviews - what are they going to do about the paper-thin walls? Paying so much for a home only to feel like your neighbours are walking around in your ear canals is an absolute nightmare. I should have read reviews before moving here - what a mistake!
