My fianc and I had an enjoyable stay here in our apartment At the end of the month we will be relocating however when we were searching for a place to rent last year this was by far the best one that we saw The building is cleaned regularly with a pleasant smell in the elevator and wellmaintained washerdryer units The staff particularly the landlady was very friendly and welcoming I would bump into her sometimes and she would always ask how things were going Although there were several positive aspects of our stay here some issues made it less than ideal for us primarily due to cost as it was expensive for its size with my fianc and me plus our babycat occupying it Additionally during wintertime it can get too hot inside since theres a sensor on top of the building which makes everything hotter when outside temperatures decrease even with an open window at 20 outside my babys room could still reach 30C There is no assigned parking either so if my fianc finished late at night he had to park way on the other side in visitors parking which is especially troublesome during wintertime Lastly another challenge posed by this apartment was its slow elevator within the building itself Despite these four issues that didnt work out for us this location has many advantages including being close to everything else making it decent overall if you can manage those problems mentioned above more ... hide ...

I have been living in the building that Belmont purchased last year for many years and I have nothing but positive things to say Since they took over theyve tidied up the parking lot and garbage issues that had been neglected by the prior owner The managers frequently clean the property and there is this one individual named Phil who is like a human Swiss Army knife When I asked if he was with Belmont and mentioned my kitchen sink problem he had a wrench in his pocket ready to fix it right away He then showed me how to fill out a repair form for any upcoming issues since he isn't always around Even though it wasnt his job I asked if he knew how to change windshield wipers on my vehicle amazingly enough he did On our way down from my suite Phil conversed in Spanish with my neighbouring tenant who seemed pleased with him Later in the parking lot Phil spoke Chinese with another tenant Its remarkable how talented this young man is however getting back to Belmont themselves I hope their improvements are longterm rather than just something done temporarily when managing a new building Given all of the negative reviews about them its difficult for me to comprehend since my exposure has been limited but pleasant so far Our building has greatly improved under Belmonts management what holds true for our residence may not be accurate elsewhere though as others have stated more ... hide ...
