The structure of the building is not well kept up; its concrete exterior has suffered damage, leading to leaks in the ceilings of my and other apartments during heavy rain. Furthermore, the windows are aged and drafty in winter, and many apartments have mold infestations. The parking lot is filled with potholes. There are only five washing machines and dryers for almost a hundred units. Many tenants don't take care of communal areas or show respect for the building; additionally, the garbage chute is often blocked off from use.
