My wife and I had a great time staying at the apartment for two weeks Here are our thoughts on our experience The things we liked about Crown Court 1 The staff was friendly and helpful For instance when we initially arrived the manager took us to our room and checked it over carefully She made a list of items that were needed and got them for us in no time Every time we crossed paths with her she welcomed us with a cheerful smile Additionally she arranged to have the room tidied up after one week The maid did an excellent job on the flooring and restroom plus there was everything necessary in the kitchenbathroom area too We also had the chance to test out how efficient their maintenance team was on a Sunday night we accidentally blew a fuse which they promptly fixed within 5 minutes 2 Its situated near major roads you can walk to Giant Tiger for snacks or groceries in 5 minutes Rockwood park is just one kilometer away which I used as my runningwalking route you can even get your hair cut down the street for just 6 bucks 3 We rented per week which cost less than getting two nights at a motel you can imagine how good it must be if you rent monthly or longer term Someone mentioned about unlawful activities occurring in their parking lot but during our stay we didnt witness any security issues indoors or outside of building The only thing missing from our room would have been some more ... hide ...

Overpriced dirty expensive parking They want 1400 for a bachelor 350 square feet plus expenses and you get ticketed parking in their lot even if you live there Also they get approved for above average rent increases every single year all because they put in the minimal amount of repairs required for safety

Crossroads a housing cooperative between traditional renting and home ownership is located between natural forestwetland and Booth Road With nearby highway access and local amenities it is a great place to call home I have lived at Crossroads for 10 years and can vouch for its costeffectiveness in North Bay The coop is selfgoverned so if anyone isn't happy with something they are able to try to change it There are 50 units split between rent geared to income RGI and market rent both of which are still affordable as there is no landlord profiting from the rent In my decade of living at Crossroads I have found more positive experiences than negative ones however the most important thing Ive noted is that any negative things can be changed with help from neighbours or the board of directors If youre looking for two three or four bedroom townhouses or two or three bedroom accessible units then give Crossroads a call to submit an application who knows you may get lucky David Lee was not paid for this endorsement more ... hide ...

My roommate and I have been living in this building for nearly a year now and the front gate hasnt worked for more than half of that time while one of the elevators has been out of service for three months Its quite noisy considering it is a bit off the beaten path and when there are complaints about loud tenants staff don't do much to help The view is great 2022-10-22T21:02:17Z

Gill Village is a brandnew attractive complex We were deceived about the air conditioning the owners informed us that there was central AC in the whole building but our floor didnt have it Some of the suites are quite cool while others have been scorching this might just be a case of modifying the HVAC and then everyone will be comfortable next summer Additi 2022-09-21T00:02:17Z
Gill Village is a brandnew attractive complex We were deceived about the air conditioning the owners informed us that there was central AC in the whole building but our floor didnt have it Some of the suites are quite cool while others have been scorching this might just be a case of modifying the HVAC and then everyone will be comfortable next summer Additionally window screens still havent been put up making cooling off difficult if you don't want any bugs to sneak in The leasing agents here have been wonderful always ready to help and answer our queries with positive energy In September bug issues were resolved as screens were installed A portable air conditioner had to be bought for our dogs since AC didnt work properly the breakers kept tripping but they were soon fixed We are content living at Gill Village looking forward to future developments like privacy walls outside and sorting out parking lot issues The underground parking is great with plenty of spots available A social room would be nice although all residents can come over for coffee at my place Our only worry is that there may not be an onsite property manager for 200 units we will see if Im being overly pessimistic or not eventually more ... hide ...
