My husband and I recently moved in here and we are loving it The management staff especially Ms Ramandeep were extremely helpful throughout the application process and our move in She answered all of our questions and concerns as we were new to the country There is a lot to appreciate here such as the gym with all its modern equipment yoga room outdoor BBQ 2022-09-20T21:32:17Z

I have been residing at The Underwood for the last few years and it is certainly one of my favorites I have rented from three different apartment buildings and I cannot envision living anywhere else now The building management team is incredibly knowledgeable resolving any issues quickly In addition the units are lovely with plenty of amenities including the 2022-10-22T14:02:18Z

I moved into this building and I enjoyed it however since the management changed and classes resumed at SAIT things have drastically altered If you are a student this spot could be great but if you are older than 25 then I suggest staying awayThe rooftop patio is gorgeous but it is usually full of garbage and empty cans The fire pits and barbecues either do 2022-09-24T05:32:17Z
I moved into this building and I enjoyed it however since the management changed and classes resumed at SAIT things have drastically altered If you are a student this spot could be great but if you are older than 25 then I suggest staying awayThe rooftop patio is gorgeous but it is usually full of garbage and empty cans The fire pits and barbecues either do not work or have no fuel to use them There was also an incredibly loud neighbour that management failed to address even after multiple complaints were filed Repairs take forever to complete or get completely neglected for example I reported a dishwasher leak that was promised to be fixed right away yet nothing happened so I had to repair it myself and the same goes for paint chips from a previous tenantThe stairwells used to provide access with FOBs but last summer they were only used as exits one night both elevators broke down leaving me and many others stuck in the lobby because there was no way of accessing the stairs from there luckily now one of them has FOB access again Also the garbage room can only be accessed externally which makes it often full without enough bins for its sizeOn the brighter side central air conditioning in units is amazing during summertime Plus its location near groceries stores parks and transit makes it unbeatable just 5 minutes driving distance from downtown with 20 minutes max on transit to get downtown for workHowever all in all if more ... hide ...

Weve been residing here since December 2022 and absolutely love it Being close to many stores having quiet neighbors and kind people makes it an ideal place to live Our management team is outstanding Aaron maintenance guy is amazing and the buildings cleanliness is maintained well with any suite issues being taken care of promptly
