Overpriced, dirty, expensive parking. They want $1400 for a bachelor (350 square feet), plus expenses, and you get ticketed parking in their lot, even if you live there. Also, they get approved for above average rent increases every single year, all because they put in the minimal amount of repairs required for safety.
