If youre seeking an abode of peace and quiet you should never rent from West Cambridge Apartments From the moment I moved in I encountered numerous issues such as my neighbours yelling throwing furniture stomping and pounding on my ceiling The director of the building Anna didnt assist me in resolving these issues she only suggested that I leave just like her predecessor It was pointless to document all the disruptive behaviours as Anna refused to do her job anyway Apparently prior tenants had not stayed long either now I understand why Its been a real nightmare since day one here and its caused unnecessary stress and expense for me Even when reaching out to Regional Manager Augustine for help it amounted to nothing more than forwarding emails back to Anna who still failed to act on them All I want is some peace and quiet obviously therell be noise but this is excessive nothing like anything Ive experienced before It appears that my only option may be moving out once again more ... hide ...

This building is the best I have encountered in Edmonton since moving here a year ago Its staff are tremendous and any repairs needed are carried out promptly The suites are really nice and the neighbours friendly and cooperative Above all its security is outstanding I would wholeheartedly recommend this building for anyone searching for comfortable afforda 2022-10-08T11:02:17Z

I lived in York House for almost two years with my dog Josephine and absolutely loved it The management and maintenance team did a great job of keeping the common areas clean removing icesnow from sidewalks swiftly and even repaired my faucet quickly when I needed it They also notify tenants if they need to do something like test the fire alarm or plow the p 2022-10-08T11:32:17Z
I lived in York House for almost two years with my dog Josephine and absolutely loved it The management and maintenance team did a great job of keeping the common areas clean removing icesnow from sidewalks swiftly and even repaired my faucet quickly when I needed it They also notify tenants if they need to do something like test the fire alarm or plow the parking lot emails are sent out as well as signs put up in elevators so people arent taken by surprise Everyone who works there is really friendly too A hot tip the views on the East side are great since theres no building blocking them Unfortunately I had to move because my pup was anxious due to all of other dogs living in York House its definitely fun but might not be ideal if your pet gets overwhelmed easily Out of all five apartments Ive lived in this one was definitely my favourite so I highly recommend it more ... hide ...

I have rented quite a few places in the past and I am incredibly pleased with this one Despite it being an older complex it is extremely well maintained When I needed to get a leaky tap fixed somebody was there that very same day During wintertime the staff were out making sure that the sidewalks were shoveled and had ice melt put down they even used a bobca 2022-10-23T07:02:18Z
I have rented quite a few places in the past and I am incredibly pleased with this one Despite it being an older complex it is extremely well maintained When I needed to get a leaky tap fixed somebody was there that very same day During wintertime the staff were out making sure that the sidewalks were shoveled and had ice melt put down they even used a bobcat to clear parking stalls Its true that there isn't much soundproofing between units as the buildings are old but it isn't really that bad There are regulations regarding pets parties and rent payments which are strictly enforced personally I am glad of this as it keeps everything running smoothly The reviews here don't give an accurate representation apartments here are clean and at reasonable prices too Since arriving here to view an apartment which was referred by a friend my experience has been absolutely wonderful more ... hide ...

The view was beautiful however property photos don't show the hot tub has been moved to the other side of the deck and doesnt have a direct view of the narrows Theres condensation between window panes which blocks bottom half of large picture window no one can sit and enjoy it either The deck is in disrepair some lumber was replaced but not restained It isn' 2022-09-24T10:02:18Z
The view was beautiful however property photos don't show the hot tub has been moved to the other side of the deck and doesnt have a direct view of the narrows Theres condensation between window panes which blocks bottom half of large picture window no one can sit and enjoy it either The deck is in disrepair some lumber was replaced but not restained It isn't very inviting or pleasing with red Tuck tape on its previously damaged hot tub cover making it look bad and impacting experience Be careful when walking barefoot as nails have loosened due to decaying wood and may hurt your feet therere also beer bottle caps and other garbage from past guests around The master bedroom is comfortable with kingsized bed pillows sheets but floors are heavily scratched and stained losing hardwood stain in some places with portable ac unit vented through wet blinds by window next to bed In bathroom there are cracked toilet seat mended with scotch tape used bottles of shampoo shower gel contrary to what property descriptions say about ideal romantic getaway or executive downtown suites Kitchenette provides communal sugar instant coffee inappropriate during pandemic plus accessing ice requires dipping hands into bucket meant for dispensing ice cubes which could be unhygienic if someone washed their hands before touching them Ad claimed dining table for 4 along with dishes essential cookware but there werent enough bowls mugs for all plus table wasn more ... hide ...
