I lived in York House for almost two years with my dog Josephine and absolutely loved it. The management and maintenance team did a great job of keeping the common areas clean, removing ice/snow from sidewalks swiftly, and even repaired my faucet quickly when I needed it. They also notify tenants if they need to do something like test the fire alarm or plow the parking lot; emails are sent out as well as signs put up in elevators so people aren't taken by surprise. Everyone who works there is really friendly too! A hot tip: the views on the East side are great since there's no building blocking them. Unfortunately, I had to move because my pup was anxious due to all of other dogs living in York House (it's definitely fun but might not be ideal if your pet gets overwhelmed easily). Out of all five apartments I've lived in, this one was definitely my favourite so I highly recommend it!
