I would not assign any stars to my experience with leasing from 319B Young Street Avoid this property management company at all costs although Lindsay from Wallace claims the units are nonsmoking tenants still smoke in their apartments and on their balconies Speaking of which don't bother trying to file a complaint Lindsay isn't interested in hearing it During the summer I had to shut my windows due to the marijuana aroma that filled my living room daily Cigarette smoke seeped through my bathroom vent leaving behind an unbearable stench all the time In addition there is no soundproofing whatsoever in any of their buildings so expect a lot of noise coming from adjacent units and don't even think about contacting Wallace for help because nobody will address your concerns anyway All things considered it was an incredibly toxic and wretched living environment more ... hide ...
