I used to be fond of these apartments but I left for a year and when I returned last year before the onset of COVID19 they were marketing themselves as luxurious units that wasnt really true The cons of this place include broken doors from the garage inside the building for a long time callbox by the garage not working during my stay here and thus creating a 2022-09-17T13:32:16Z
I used to be fond of these apartments but I left for a year and when I returned last year before the onset of COVID19 they were marketing themselves as luxurious units that wasnt really true The cons of this place include broken doors from the garage inside the building for a long time callbox by the garage not working during my stay here and thus creating an inconvenience for my guests parking garage is dreadful with no access to elevator after 89pm false fire alarms frequently disrupting work calls or sleep guest have to register their car and park only outside or risk being towed away pool was closed throughout COVID19 period and even when reopening maintenance issues kept arising difficulty in getting in touch with leasing agents apart from renewal of lease inquiries On a positive note however maintenance team is really efficient with quick service and friendly attitude Its also situated in Addison We were never delinquent on rent payments or had any noise complaints Eventually we relocated due to various issues including elevator breakdowns which caused us extra time and money while moving out Despite reaching out to AKS regarding compensation due to elevator problems we received no response yet more ... hide ...

We used to live in apartment 1560 but we had to move before our first year was up due to the severe cockroach infestation The problem was never resolved and we were constantly dealing with mold smells from other units water shutoffs every two weeks and frequent visits from police The staff were friendly but they could have done more than just make the building look nicer it was full of cockroaches We chose to leave because it wasnt a place we wanted to be in for long Don't rent there just because the rent is cheapits not worth it Now theyre demanding that we pay 300 for damages even though they told us there would be no payment owed when we left twenty days ago these damages are related to living amongst a bunch of dirty bugs which has impacted our health negatively more ... hide ...

The building may be older but renovations are currently happening and new GE stainless steel appliances bathroom fixtures and vinyl plank flooring have been installed in the kitchen In addition windows have been replaced in many of the apartments and more work is on the way Bedrooms and closets are larger than expected while the living room is a good size to 2022-09-12T07:32:17Z
The building may be older but renovations are currently happening and new GE stainless steel appliances bathroom fixtures and vinyl plank flooring have been installed in the kitchen In addition windows have been replaced in many of the apartments and more work is on the way Bedrooms and closets are larger than expected while the living room is a good size too The onsite manager is very helpful she keeps public areas clean and ensures tenant satisfaction raising my ratings from 3 to 4 stars All amenities can easily be reached by foot such as a conservation area or public park Though not perfectly soundproofed tenants are generally quiet Internet connection is fast too Its pricier than youd think but reasonable for present market conditions Not luxurious like the Ritz but with some decoration its an excellent place to stay more ... hide ...

No problems here Old Oak has been responsible for the property for around 18 months and theres onsite staff that clean regularly Orkin takes care of any pest issues so everything is pestfree The laundry areas are also properly maintained Last summer the garbage chute was fixed and they even replaced the boiler The team is polite and they take good care of things plus painting outside has been done too its looking great after 20 years Any concerns are always taken care of promptly Therell be further outdoor upgrades in the future as well as newly renovated units with modern appliances if your unit has a balcony itll be nice when warmer weather arrives Though the pool is closed it will eventually be replaced which will be great too Youre near bike paths along with Shoppers grocery stores and other amenities theres even a variety store close by if you need something quickly The neighbours are all pleasant and theres lots of wildlife onsite like birds or squirrelschipmunks for those who like to watch them Old Oak was originally responsible for this property many years ago according to our seniors they took ownership again early 2021 so Im confident were in good hands with their reputation in London Exciting updateschanges are sure to come soon cant wait to see what they have planned more ... hide ...

This building is a terrible place to live We moved in on May 1 2021 and the very next day we noticed BIRDS in our wall that werent taken care of until six months later In addition to this cockroaches have been an issue even though we keep our apartment pristinely clean backed up drains and management entering our apartment without giving us prior notice or consent On top of all this there are countless sprayings for bed bugs The head office staff is rude and disrespectful as a college student Im stuck here with no other place to go when these issues arise Its been one thing after another which is why Im moving out come May 1 2022 when my lease ends Don't make the same mistake I did don't even consider living here Save yourself from all this frustration by finding somewhere else more ... hide ...
