Your lease is fully signed
Download the completed PDF, open it, and save your own copy.
Let your tenants know
Contact every tenant and ask them to reopen their own link with their PIN to download the fully signed lease. You can also send them the PDF directly from your email or messaging app.
Keep your copy
Delete from server when you choose
After completion, you can delete this contract at any time. First save your PDF and ask every tenant to download theirs, or send them the PDF directly. You do not have to wait for their saved-copy confirmations.
Deleting turns off every signing and download link. It removes the PDF, contract details, signatures, and application-managed database copies.

Signing history
Signatures record the names asserted by the people using each private link. They do not independently verify identity.
Colorado residential lease: fill, print or sign online
Prepare a Colorado residence lease based on the Colorado source form, with separate signing links for up to six tenants. Fill directly on the agreement, save your draft, or download a fillable blank PDF. Each tenant signs their own locked copy and the landlord signs last.
Colorado disclosures and documents
Complete the radon information and the physical and email addresses for written habitability notices. Give each tenant the most recent CDPHE radon brochure and any identified property records directly before signing. No uploads are used. The federal lead pamphlet is included automatically for covered pre-1978 housing.
Review before signing
This form limits combined security to two months of rent and specifies a 60-day return/accounting period subject to controlling law. Colorado habitability, lawful fee, radon, nondiscrimination and termination protections remain effective. Special housing and local licensing or notice requirements need separate review.
