Security and renewal
This form contractually limits combined refundable security to two months of rent and provides itemized accounting and return of the balance within 60 days after termination and delivery of possession. It does not arrange extra advance rent or an additional pet deposit. The initial fixed term continues month to month unless timely written notice is given as described in the agreement.
Review the Arkansas Attorney General landlord and tenant information and the Arkansas Code for requirements that apply to the property. Real estate licensees must obtain the Arkansas attorney approval required for forms they use. Special housing and program rentals need separate review.
