This first branch prepares a written demand for overdue rent under 41 O.S. section 131(B), for ordinary residential rentals in unincorporated Tulsa County outside every city or town. It is not a court petition or eviction order.
How the five days work
The period starts with actual delivery, not the date you prepare or sign this PDF. Section 41-61 excludes the first day, counts intermediate days, and excludes a last day that is a legal holiday under 25-82.1. Saturday and Sunday are legal holidays for that last-day rule. No exact payment deadline or filing date is calculated here. Court hearing schedules and courthouse closures are separate rules.
Print and give the notice
This branch is for personally handing a printed copy to each named tenant. Section 41-111(E) has separate steps when a tenant cannot be located, including resident-family and posting-plus-mail rules; those methods need a separate review. Sharing a PDF is not legal delivery.
