Check required details
- This is an ordinary residential rental inside Albuquerque city, Bernalillo County. The rent is due and any grace period has ended. The lease has no extra notice steps or longer time, and the payment choices preserve every method the lease allows.
- This is a new notice for undisputed rent only. No fees, credits, accepted payments for this default, payment plan, previous notice or case, repair/abatement/relocation dispute, foreclosure, ownership change, military or other special protection applies.
- I am the landlord signing on paper. The named tenants still live at the rental. I will give each a printed copy today and complete the service record afterward. Download or Share is not delivery.
If any condition does not fit, use “Different situation / not sure” to review it before printing.
Print and sign by hand before delivery. This PDF is not electronically signed.
Prepare the PDF, then download and print it. Share does not legally deliver this notice.
Check that your PDF was saved or shared successfully before clearing this draft.
The PDF keeps the original two-page court form and adds your rent statement. The signature and actual service record stay blank for completion on paper.
New Mexico notice guide
This branch fills the current two-page court Form 4-901 and adds a rent statement. It does not file a case or record delivery.
When this form fits
Ordinary house, townhouse, apartment or condo inside Albuquerque city and Bernalillo County. Use it for a new, undisputed rent-only default after any grace period. The lease must not require extra steps or more time. Preserve every agreed payment method. Online-only payments, unclear payment terms or other methods not listed on the court form need a separate review.
Three days after delivery
The court form gives three days from actual delivery. Allow three full days beginning the day after delivery; if the last day is a weekend or federal holiday, extend to the next day that is neither. Full payment in the manner stated before the period expires prevents a nonpayment eviction action on that default. No fixed cure or filing date is calculated here. Get the current court instructions before filing; do not file during the cure period.
Print and hand-sign
Sign the printed notice and personally hand a copy to each named tenant today. Complete the actual service record afterward and keep two copies. Mailing, posting, absent tenants or a different delivery day need another review in this first branch. New Mexico’s electronic-transactions law excludes primary-residence default and eviction notices; no separate basis for electronic signing has been verified for this branch. Share only sends the file.
Different situation?
Use a separate review for covered or uncertain housing assistance/loans; mobile homes, commercial or transient rentals; fees, deposits, disputed credits, payments, plans or previous notices; repair, rent-abatement or relocation issues; foreclosure, military service, domestic violence or other special protection; ownership changes, sales contracts, tribal/disputed jurisdiction or unknown occupants. Do not change locks, shut off utilities or remove anyone without the required court process.
