Check required details
- This is a lawful whole-unit residential rental in Eureka Charter Township, outside Greenville. Rent is overdue after any grace period. The lease requires no extra notice steps or longer period.
- This is a new demand for undisputed rent only. No other charges are owed. There are no accepted payments, credits, earlier notices, payment plans, repair or code disputes, court orders or special protections.
- I am the landlord. I will print and sign both copies, personally give each tenant the tenant’s copy and rent statement at the rental, and complete the service record afterward. Share only handles the file.
If any condition does not fit, use “Different situation / not sure” to review it before printing.

Michigan demand guide
This tool fills the court’s DC100a form and adds a rent statement. It does not file a case or deliver the notice.
When this form fits
A lawful whole-unit residential house, townhouse, apartment or condo in Eureka Charter Township, Montcalm County, outside Greenville city limits. New undisputed rent only, overdue after any grace period. No other charges are owed. The lease has no extra notice steps or longer period.
Seven days from actual service
The original court form states the period relative to actual service. This tool does not calculate an exact deadline or a filing date. Check the real service date and applicable time rules before starting a court case. Full payment, an agreement or other events can change what happens next; do not reuse a prior demand without review.
Print, sign and give the tenant’s copy
Print both original copies and sign the landlord line on both. Personally give the tenant’s copy and rent statement to each named tenant at the rental. Keep the court copy and complete its service certificate after delivery. Do not sign a certificate for an event that has not happened. This branch does not cover mailing, posting, email, an absent tenant, agent signing or another delivery address. Paper signing is the supported mode here; this is not a claim that Michigan prohibits all electronic signatures.

Court process is required to recover possession; do not change locks or shut off services.

Questions about your notice and saved draft
Will corrections erase my work?
Your draft details stay when you make corrections. Review again before downloading. Print and sign the corrected notice by hand; an older printed or downloaded copy is not updated automatically.
Can I return to the form without internet?
First open the form online and wait for the message that it is ready to reopen offline. Check that your draft says it was saved. You can then keep working or reopen the same address without internet while the browser retains its saved data. Private browsing or clearing browser storage can remove it.
