Villa Riviera has studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments around a courtyard pool. The homes retain concrete floors and mid-century details, while selected renovated apartments add in-home laundry, dishwashers and private patios. Shared building laundry is also available.

The layouts have different utility and pet arrangements. Studio 115 includes electricity, water, gas, sewer and trash in its rent and allows one pet. The reviewed larger apartments allow two pets, and residents establish their own APS electricity accounts. Security deposits are specific to each apartment; leasing also includes a preparation charge and a per-person application fee.
