Leasing is handled by Acora Asset Management. Residents use an online portal for routine work orders, with a separate emergency maintenance line available around the clock. Applicants provide identification, income documents and rental history; renter’s insurance is required before move-in.

Subleasing and corporate leases: Acora does not allow corporate leasing or subleasing.

Application & insurance.

Application documents: Three recent pay stubs with corresponding bank statements, photo identification and three years of rental-history verification. Self-employed applicants use their most recent tax return; bank statements alone do not establish income.
Self-employed and gig income: Gig income must be reported in the prior year’s tax return; one-time payment documents do not replace verifiable income records.
Applying together: Every adult occupant applies separately. Co-applicants’ credit scores are averaged, and combined pre-tax income is used in the income review.
Deposit review: Limited credit or rental history can result in a higher deposit when the remaining criteria are met.
Before move-in: Residents provide proof of renter’s insurance and set up the required electricity and, where applicable, gas accounts before move-in.
