Sol Modern combines downtown apartments with shared recreation and workspaces on its eighth and twenty-eighth floors. Homes have in-unit washers and dryers, quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances and closet organizers. Two-bedroom and larger layouts include double bathroom vanities.
