San Mateo’s three-bedroom townhomes each have two and a half bathrooms, an attached one-car garage and a full-size washer and dryer. The three layouts measure 1,258, 1,266 and 1,294 square feet. Kitchens have black appliances and faux-marble counters; the homes also include walk-in closets, linen-storage cabinetry, private patios and ceiling fans in every room. Selected homes add a private yard or built-in dresser.

The community shares a lawn and gas barbecue grill. Each apartment can park up to two vehicles on site, using its attached garage and uncovered parking spaces. Residents arrange their own APS electricity account, while water, sewer and trash are billed through a third party. Optional fiber internet and cable are available through Cox.
