Its premium suites include one-bedroom homes of approximately 600 square feet and two-bedroom homes of approximately 1,200 square feet, with full kitchens and washers and dryers. Three daily meals, housekeeping, linen service, scheduled transportation, utilities, basic cable and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly housing rate.

Residents share a pool, fitness center, pickleball court, putting green, library and movie theater. A mail center, guest suites, dog park and round-the-clock concierge support everyday routines. Activities include art and music, fitness classes, live entertainment, virtual travel and volunteer projects. On-site therapy is offered through EmpowerMe Wellness as a separate service arrangement.
