The Cascalote offers studios and one- and two-bedroom homes for households in which every resident is at least 62. All apartments participate in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program; selected apartments also have project-based vouchers and require an agency referral. Eligibility depends on the apartment’s program and household circumstances.

Homes list quartz counters, energy-efficient appliances and private balconies. Shared spaces include a community garden, bocce and badminton area, fitness center, dog park and community room with a kitchen. Elevators and a laundry facility on each floor are provided. Covered parking is advertised as free, and accessible apartments are available.

Published program rents: The qualification page lists 50% / 60% program monthly rents: one bedroom $963 / $1,156; two bedrooms $1,157 / $1,389. Studios are listed at $1,080 in the 60% program and not offered in the 50% column. These are program-table amounts, not available-unit quotes; the page does not state an effective year. Referral-only 30% apartments are separate.
