Paseo Park combines one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with three swimming pools and two fitness centers. Its lease choices run from three to 15 months, and each apartment is assigned one covered parking space. Detached garages offer an additional parking option.

The daily details are useful to budget together: utilities are separate from rent, electricity uses a resident APS account, and internet service is arranged separately. Parcel Pending lockers provide around-the-clock package access, and cats and dogs are welcome within the two-pet limit.

Breed restrictions: Restricted breeds and mixes include Pit Bull and Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, and Siberian Husky.

Parking.

Resident parking: One assigned covered space per apartment. Detached garages cost an additional monthly fee.
Guest parking: Guests use uncovered spaces.

Utilities & internet.

Utilities & electricity: Utilities are billed separately on the property statement. Residents set up their own APS electricity account.
Internet: Internet is separate from rent. Homes are Cox cable-ready; residents can choose an available internet provider.

Lease terms.

Lease lengths: Three to 15 months.
Paying rent: Pay by ACH through the resident portal without a payment fee. Debit and credit card payments carry a convenience fee.
Monthly due date: Rent is due on the first, including weekends and holidays. Late charges begin on the fourth.

Application & insurance.

Applying: Applicants over age 18 complete screening covering credit, criminal, and rental history. Gross household income must be three times rent; guarantors are considered case by case.
Renters insurance: Renters insurance is required.
Guarantor applications: Guarantors are considered case by case and must apply, pass screening, and meet the income requirements.

Inside the home.

Furnishing: Apartments are unfurnished; corporate leases are available.

Package delivery: Parcel Pending lockers are accessible 24 hours a day; packages are not accepted at the office.
Maintenance: Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day.

Office & resident services.

Requesting maintenance: Send routine requests through the resident portal. For an emergency repair, call the office; the after-hours phone prompt reaches the on-call service team.
Lockouts: During office hours, the leasing office handles lockout requests. After hours, residents arrange a locksmith.
Leasing office hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; closed Sunday.
