Pinedale Properties runs a business not a rental so it is better to search elsewhere On June 13th 2022 I was paying 80month for reserved and secured underground parking when they closed off my spot and 167 others due to construction This meant that I had to park in Visitors Parking on a first comefirst serve basis however the lot was often full during weekends and evenings due to 44 spots also closed for construction The situation remained the same with no enddate in sight but when requesting a refund for reducedlost services from the Management Office they ignored callsemails or told me to try another spot which were all damaged or occupied I experienced further issues when my car was fenced in by construction workers after parking in an Authorized Tenants Only spot All of this caused me to be late for work and damage my cars paint with no answers provided as to why there were no notices or why my plates werent checked against their system Despite having all evidence documented with photos and emails requests were denied leaving me very disappointed about how it was handled overall more ... hide ...

In October my tires were stolen from the parking spot I rented When I was searching for a place to live I asked about security measures and received assurance that video surveillance would keep me safe however two months later my tires were taken More recently on November 29 2021 all of my belongings were removed from my car while it was parked in its design 2022-11-06T20:32:17Z

I resided in Toronto as a renter for the past 15 years having spent 4 of those at 75 Halsey Avenue Not once was I faced with a problem in that building mice were present due to its proximity to a large park though this was settled quickly This highclass accommodation was much better than other apartments in the city and rents were reasonable The staff were superb and management proactive it is without doubt the finest apartment complex around East York ON Despite rising rental prices due to Toronto rent control bylaws its worth every penny maintenance was taken care of new elevators installed and even the indoor pool got renovated during my stay at 75 and 65 Halsey Avenue When I had to leave suddenly for personal reasons I almost shed tears they even offered to transfer my lease so I wouldnt have to vacate abruptly Owned by Gonte Construction a top landlord in Toronto they also give people on ODSP an opportunity if asked politely as their owner is a Holocaust survivor who believes all should have an equal chance when applying for tenancy 5 Stars more ... hide ...

My experience at 3000 Dufferin Street was generally satisfactory Angel the superintendent attended to repairs in a timely manner and he was courteous He does attempt to stay on top of things but might not always be that responsive Pinedale as a company is relatively unapproachable and bureaucratic though any complaints I had were eventually addressed satisfa 2022-10-05T06:32:18Z
My experience at 3000 Dufferin Street was generally satisfactory Angel the superintendent attended to repairs in a timely manner and he was courteous He does attempt to stay on top of things but might not always be that responsive Pinedale as a company is relatively unapproachable and bureaucratic though any complaints I had were eventually addressed satisfactorily The 18th floor where I lived was free from insects soundproofing was not exceptional but superior to many new condos voices echoed at times but usually my neighbours werent audible Apartments are roomy and arranged nicely plus the location is convenient enough although around 60 years old its in decent condition overallWater supply got cut off multiple times due to pipe repairs which could be anticipated yet still inconvenient radiators blaringly hot so much that I had to wear summer clothes when windows were open it hit 26C laundry machines almost always broken or inefficient leading me to take my washing elsewhere for cheaper with better equipment However the primary problem with the building is its occupants who often display little respect for it some seem to relish disparaging it which then prompts uncivil behaviour like littering elevators instead of disposing rubbish correctly This place sucks who cares mentality During Covid19 this became an issue since some tenants acted selfishly and inconsiderately while I had no escape from them more ... hide ...

Disgraceful Impolite Unprofessional conduct I was made to feel harassed and embarrassed by the superintendent Repeatedly asked maintenance to do several things yet they did practically nothing When I questioned them about a hole that their workers had created the superintendent rudely inquired if I was on the lease Is it not obvious that if Im residing in th 2022-11-07T15:32:17Z
