Having stayed at this Apartments for over nine years I can attest to the fact that living in this community has been a great experience The staff ranging from the Property Manager to maintenance workers have been outstanding In particular Rayan is truly remarkable hes always willing to help with any maintenance needs and does his best to complete them within 2022-10-11T17:32:18Z

I lived in River PARK TOWER for three years starting in 2019 The management was very nice friendly and helpful Whenever I needed service they were present to assist The superintendent and his wife were also really kind people My one bedroom unit had a spacious living room kitchen and bathroom however the bedroom was small It had wellmaintained appliances and a cozy kitchen cabinet with an amazing dishwasher included There was also a great view of the neighborhood with an easily accessible elevator plus underground parking the only thing missing being a balcony In May 2021 Akelius purchased the building which compromised service greatly it is now difficult to find anyone in their office since communication is done over phone only after going through several operatorstransfers Most of the laundry machines are not working properly either and common areas used to be cleaned weekly but now are left uncleaned for days at a time I experienced fraud when paying rent via cheque they offered me 100 off one month rent if I switched to auto withdrawal instead but ended up withdrawing double amount 133575 correct 118436 incorrect After informing them they said they would refund me yet nothing happened until I skipped Augusts rent considering that money as credit towards it difference money rolled into Septs payment which I still paid despite this fraud occurrence They asked for Augs rent then requested copy of cleared che more ... hide ...

Since July my mother has been located in this apartment complex For a price of 2800 she is enduring a residence with inadequate lighting in the bedrooms an infestation of cockroaches and an unhelpfuldisrespectful managementsecurity staff Even though they advertise concierge security they disregard her complaints and even yell at her when she requests that somebody looks into her worries Recently someone stole her laundry basket from the laundry room We asked the management to have security review their camera footage to detect who did it and provided them with a time frame however when I returned after an hour to talk with the small person from security who is actually one of the managers he claimed there were no laundry baskets present in the washing room of course Its obvious that they lied because they didnt want to help us His answer was This isn't my jobif you want any help call the police On top of that issue for about three months now my mother has had to tolerate disruptive banging coming from people living above her yet again managementsecurity does nothing about it If you would like your hair to fall out due to constant stress move here but if you do choose this place be sure to steer clear of the short man with anger issueshe wont be willing or able to assist you in any way more ... hide ...

The rent prices are incredibly expensive yet no improvements are made to the apartments There is constantly a petition going around from tenants to halt rent increases The people living in the complex seem nice but the management is unprofessional they often don't pick up phone calls and can be heard on the phone having conversations with friends while at w 2022-10-30T05:02:19Z
