Living here for the past 7 months has been an experience that Im just renting through Theres always something happening here not in a good way and without any exaggeration Police show up at least seven times in the last few months between 2am3am During the day when staff are moving items or taking out trash its so loud due to echoing off my unit that I cant even keep my balcony door open People honk their cars late at night and play music in the pickup area with no regard for the rules its never peaceful here The elevators were faulty for many months making me worry about being stuck inside one of them When I first moved in neither the heat nor AC was working properly then one night when I was on my laptop a smoke alarm randomly went off but there was no fire or smoke present had to take it down to security as resetting didnt help turns out it was faulty Maintenance had to come multiple times which is ridiculous this could be normal since its new construction but my other condo buildings never gave me such an experience before more ... hide ...
