I've been living here for the past five years, and it's been getting progressively worse. Even though the winters are freezing, Management won't adjust the temperature to a legal level and still blasts cold air through the hallways (which doesn't make much sense). Property updates that don't really serve any purpose get priority over maintenance projects that actually improve our quality of life. If you're thinking of moving in here, I strongly advise against it - they only care about your money until you sign a lease.

For two years, I have resided in a 1200sq. ft., 3 bedroom end unit with an 18 feet wide entry hallway and wrap around balcony. Additionally, there is a separate dining room and ensuite storage closet. The residence also features a pool for the residents and is encircled by trees. The neighbors are incredibly friendly which causes me to never contemplate living elsewhere.
