The maintenance staff is terrific however upper management has resorted to lying instead of aiding tenants The buildings are nice but Im not sure if I want to extend my lease When I moved in on July 30th and began charging my electric vehicle in the parking lot outlets it did so without any issues throughout the summer and winter seasons Early April these outlets were shut off with no prior warning I spoke with the building manager about this situation offering to pay for the electricity used as a result of me charging Moreover using an existing automated pet fee could have covered my power usage as I do not own any pets Despite explaining this logic and attempting to avoid conflict by suggesting that they had confused this building with another one having cycling feature there was still no response from upper management after a month passed Consequently I am no longer content here moreover my neighbors dog barks all day long but due to feeling sorry for it rather than being angry at it if I could would go over and pet it because he just wants attention more ... hide ...

At 2295 Pembina Highway the building is terribly managed even by Towers standards and I can vouch for it having lived here while attending U of M over the past five years I highly discourage anyone from considering this place as a rental option In the last 5 months one of two elevators has been outofservice leaving all tenants to share only one lift which le 2022-09-21T17:32:16Z
At 2295 Pembina Highway the building is terribly managed even by Towers standards and I can vouch for it having lived here while attending U of M over the past five years I highly discourage anyone from considering this place as a rental option In the last 5 months one of two elevators has been outofservice leaving all tenants to share only one lift which leads to long waits due to its 8 storey structure Additionally 7 months ago there was an incident wherein the garbage truck broke down and instead of replacing it Towers ordered us to take out our own trash while still charging for maintenance The chute wasnt cleaned either which resulted in an ant infestation that can be seen in my Keurig machine pictures To make matters worse corridors and laundry rooms are never cleaned properly with multiple burglaries taking place in the car park too Caretakers don't seem keen on resolving these issues either as they keep changing every couple of months and Towers has stopped responding to complaints altogether All things considered this building should be avoided like a plague there are many better options near U of M so do yourself a favor by saving your money and time elsewhere more ... hide ...

Living in this apartment is the BEST experience I have ever had and I am in love with this place Its been three years since I became a resident here and there is no intention of leaving soon The staff are very proficient punctual and the maintenance services are excellent The building has a secured entrance past the foyer which requires a buzz code system fo 2022-10-30T13:32:17Z
