Having my apartments bathroom ceiling collapse was a huge shock and luckily I wasnt present when it happened Despite the large hole in the ceiling sewage on the floor and other damage I was asked to stay in the apartment that night After refusing to comply without threatening to get a lawyer and turn to Tenancy Board for help they finally provided me with an 2022-10-18T21:32:18Z
Having my apartments bathroom ceiling collapse was a huge shock and luckily I wasnt present when it happened Despite the large hole in the ceiling sewage on the floor and other damage I was asked to stay in the apartment that night After refusing to comply without threatening to get a lawyer and turn to Tenancy Board for help they finally provided me with an alternate place of residence However after two weeks of meetings at the home office with no resolution or action taken by staff who were beyond rude I had no choice but to turn to Tenancy Board upon which point maintenance personnel proceeded to yell at me worse than any other staff member previously had This was easily the worst rental experience of my life thankfully however caretakers of the building were actually kind people who seemed genuinely concerned more ... hide ...

We called these apartments home for almost two years The building was pristine tranquil and the caretakers Wendy and Glen were incredible Moving in and out was a breeze due to Wendys help We never even met a representative from Globe Management during our stay Wendy and Glen were extremely reliable they were always available to assist with any problems day o 2022-11-10T00:02:19Z
