We recently moved into Bridgwater Heights and Lara seemed nice and reliable at first Unfortunately the two parking stalls assigned to us were already taken by other people We went to Laras office three times but she was never there so we called 247 Client Care to explain the situation The agent was rude about our site manager making a mistake My mom emailed Lara four days ago and still hasnt received a response The agent said it would be fixed after the weekendwhen we needed the stalls mostbut when I called her today as promised she said it was out of her control and we had to talk with our site manager who is never available when tenants are free due to work commitments We left a note on one of the cars occupying our stall and got an answer saying they have been using that spot since they moved in so how is this 247 Client Care Despite all this we love living here because of its convenient location with lots of stores nearby keyless entry spacious rooms and closets insuite laundry dryer however your customer service could use some improvementespecially Adam who was very impatient rude towards us more ... hide ...

When we initially moved in I highly recommended this rental property to people who asked However if someone asked me now I would suggest they look elsewhere During the walkthrough with my subletter the resident manager was incredibly disrespectful and arrogant I have never experienced such behavior before She demanded that our apartment needed 12 hours of cleaning even though we had tidied it all night long She also said we should use bleach and Fantastic on the grout to make it white instead of using grout cleaner which would have been more appropriate since the sealant had gone off This manager then implied that living at Lux requires one to meet a certain standard a blatant insult Furthermore professional cleaners would charge less for an abandoned suite yet take less time than her suggestion required Other exresidents encountered similar issues with her as well Regarding our damage deposit back I told her wed collect it after 12 hours were deducted from the amount but she sent it somewhere else we didnt leave a forwarding address When contacting corporate about this experience they promised to get back to me but havent done so yet still waiting Before Christie and Angel left the building everything was great its unfortunate how quickly things changed for worse afterwards more ... hide ...
