Update 08312022 My place is still in disrepair The back step is sinking and the resolution was to use pieces from my jenga set to support it but its still sagging Update 03222020 Despite no maintenance requests being fulfilled Ive been living here for 6 years with a new landlord each year This complex seems like a training ground for their company as theres never any upkeep done we have leaks in the basement and cracks in the fountain that cause more flooding when it rains heavily We used to pay rent via direct deposit until they started taking out random amounts of money when we queried it they apologized and promised to credit us back next month When we suggested getting Capital Health to inspect the building they refused saying our lease wouldnt be renewed if we did so However aside from all this theres a strong community here residents are very friendly and it feels like one big house rather than an apartment buildingUpdate 09162018 Nobody has made an effort to get in touch with us which is quite saddening Im forced into having to go through the landlord just for basic maintenance tasks more ... hide ...

Do not even give TOUR RED TOP one star It is highly discouraged to live here The manager is irresponsible and the heating system during winter doesnt work properly The maintenance guy is also very careless Customer service is terrible making it the worst building ever I called customer service when my shower stopped working and they sent a maintenance person 2022-10-05T04:02:19Z
Do not even give TOUR RED TOP one star It is highly discouraged to live here The manager is irresponsible and the heating system during winter doesnt work properly The maintenance guy is also very careless Customer service is terrible making it the worst building ever I called customer service when my shower stopped working and they sent a maintenance person who said he wasnt being paid so it wasnt his responsibility I called again and was told they would fix it the day after yet four days passed with no repair made four days of not being able to shower When following up on this I was told it wasnt urgent so I had to pay for someone else to come do it instead If youre looking for a headache you can come live here thats how funny this situation was After fourteen days I received an email from management telling me they were going to fix the problem which just demonstrates their irresponsibility and disregard for residents comfort not recommended for living at all more ... hide ...
