Do not even give TOUR RED TOP one star. It is highly discouraged to live here. The manager is irresponsible and the heating system during winter doesn't work properly. The maintenance guy is also very careless. Customer service is terrible, making it the worst building ever. I called customer service when my shower stopped working and they sent a maintenance person who said he wasn't being paid so it wasn't his responsibility. I called again and was told they would fix it the day after, yet four days passed with no repair made - four days of not being able to shower! When following up on this, I was told it wasn't urgent; so I had to pay for someone else to come do it instead. If you're looking for a headache, you can come live here - that's how funny this situation was! After fourteen days, I received an email from management telling me they were going to fix the problem which just demonstrates their irresponsibility and disregard for residents' comfort - not recommended for living at all!
