Do not even give TOUR RED TOP one star It is highly discouraged to live here The manager is irresponsible and the heating system during winter doesnt work properly The maintenance guy is also very careless Customer service is terrible making it the worst building ever I called customer service when my shower stopped working and they sent a maintenance person who said he wasnt being paid so it wasnt his responsibility I called again and was told they would fix it the day after yet four days passed with no repair made four days of not being able to shower When following up on this I was told it wasnt urgent so I had to pay for someone else to come do it instead If youre looking for a headache you can come live here thats how funny this situation was After fourteen days I received an email from management telling me they were going to fix the problem which just demonstrates their irresponsibility and disregard for residents comfort not recommended for living at all more ... hide ...

I live at the Montefiore 5885 Cavendish and its freezing The hydro bills are outrageous and even though the building was recently renovated insulation wasnt done correctly Everywhere you look there are gaps that arent sealed There have been two changes in ownership since it opened less than a year ago and occupancy is only at 3035 The lobby is beautiful but 2022-09-13T10:02:17Z
I live at the Montefiore 5885 Cavendish and its freezing The hydro bills are outrageous and even though the building was recently renovated insulation wasnt done correctly Everywhere you look there are gaps that arent sealed There have been two changes in ownership since it opened less than a year ago and occupancy is only at 3035 The lobby is beautiful but don't be fooled theres no luxury here no gym pool patio or doorman not even a roof terrace Leaks have occurred due to improper installation of windows and the floors are made of cheap wood with concrete underneath and no insulation making it even colder To stay warm people are using heating pads electric blankets while paying exorbitant hydro bills they can hardly afford Weve had to buy our own window coverings with no help from the landlord Several washerdryer units arent working so laundry has to be done in empty ones or wait for technicians to arrive Water pressure quality isn't great either theres an unpleasant chemical odor from pipes neither hot nor cold extremes can be reached easily Many tenants have decided to take their landlords to the Rental Board because of all these issues plus the fact that smoking is allowed when its not supposed to be leading us having towels beneath doors our belongings smelling like smoke During a power outage there were no emergency lights which couldve been dangerous for seniors living alone who wouldnt more ... hide ...

My family and I lived at 6600 Chemin Kildare Cote SaintLuc H4W1B7 for two wonderful years Ms Massy and her team did an amazing job in keeping the building and all areas in optimal condition with frequent maintenance and cleaning services Whenever we had any requests or queries they provided timely solutions though they do work according to a waiting list they make great efforts to meet tenant requirements The area is very pleasant with shopping centers nearby and rents that are highly affordable there are also two swimming pools one indoor for winter use a laundry room parking lot and meeting room within the building premises My family has now moved to Ontario but we highly recommend this place Special thanks to Ms Massys team as well as Groupe Laberge Seasons for their excellent services more ... hide ...

We have been living in this building since July and I cannot wait for my lease to end The bathroom had a massive hole when we moved in and despite me repeatedly calling and going to the regie de logement it took four months until October for them to fix it I also informed them that half of the kitchen outlets didnt work at all right away but nothing ever hap 2022-10-07T11:02:18Z
We have been living in this building since July and I cannot wait for my lease to end The bathroom had a massive hole when we moved in and despite me repeatedly calling and going to the regie de logement it took four months until October for them to fix it I also informed them that half of the kitchen outlets didnt work at all right away but nothing ever happened after they made a work order In January I wrote a sealed letter directly to the owner detailing what needed fixed however he has failed to respond or act on any of these issues Its now April and our apartment is freezing despite it no longer being winter time when I breathe inside its cold We were promised a new fridge that was supposedly ordered but instead got three brokendirty ones with dents This has been an awful experience and I feel completely disrespected counting down the days until we can leave more ... hide ...
