The Edmonton West Mall is very close to this quiet neighborhood, and the property manager is incredibly professional; any feedback issues are quickly dealt with. They are always very helpful and the only downside I can think of is that I don't care for the bathtub's color. It would be better if it were white to match the rest of the bathroom. Additionally, having a dishwasher in the kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in-suite would make it perfect. The storage room is particularly large, but unfortunately, there isn't an electrical outlet inside so that could be inconvenient. All things considered, this place offers great value for money and deserves five stars from me regarding its management.

Update: 08/31/2022 - My place is still in disrepair. The back step is sinking and the resolution was to use pieces from my jenga set to support it, but it's still sagging. Update 03/22/2020 - Despite no maintenance requests being fulfilled, I've been living here for 6 years with a new landlord each year. This complex seems like a training ground for their company as there's never any upkeep done; we have leaks in the basement and cracks in the fountain that cause more flooding when it rains heavily. We used to pay rent via direct deposit until they started taking out random amounts of money; when we queried it they apologized and promised to credit us back next month. When we suggested getting Capital Health to inspect the building they refused, saying our lease wouldn't be renewed if we did so. However, aside from all this there's a strong community here - residents are very friendly and it feels like one big house rather than an apartment building! Update 09/16/2018 - Nobody has made an effort to get in touch with us which is quite saddening; I'm forced into having to go through the landlord just for basic maintenance tasks.
