This particular building and management was the worst I have ever encountered. In a single month, we had three or four cases of car windows being broken into in the underground parking, resulting in items being stolen from the vehicles. In fact, even my large package that had been shipped to my correct address was taken by a thief. When I called to inform management of this issue, I was met with rudeness as they kept saying it wasn't their responsibility and people were just leaving items out for thievery. I asked what kind of security this was and the answer was simply "I don't know". It left us feeling unsafe living there; if nothing is done about theft outside now, it will eventually make its way inside our homes. The staff member then suggested that people shouldn't leave wallets in their cars if they didn't want them stolen – as if it's our fault for someone breaking into our property! We always pay our rent (including parking) on time yet we are still not given respect or protection where we live. This post is written out of frustration due to the lack of care from management and other tenants having similar issues but no action being taken on them either.
