2023-02-02T21:30:03ZWe recently signed a lease for an apartment in a great spot that was renovated and priced reasonably. The office staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating; plus, they work hard to keep the area free of crime. Dogs roam around the neighborhood and our fellow tenants are quiet and courteous. Additionally, maintenance is outstanding! Alain quickly fixed two problems we had already and he was always polite as well as efficient. In wintertime, the heating is warm and inviting while the big windows provide lots of sunlight. We've only been here for a few months but we're absolutely loving it!
