    We recently signed a lease for an apartment in a great spot that was renovated and priced reasonably. The office staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating; plus, they work hard to keep the area free of crime. Dogs roam around the neighborhood and our fellow tenants are quiet and courteous. Additionally, maintenance is outstanding! Alain quickly fixed two problems we had already and he was always polite as well as efficient. In wintertime, the heating is warm and inviting while the big windows provide lots of sunlight. We've only been here for a few months but we're absolutely loving it!

    Living in Place Montfort is such an amazing experience The building is well kept and clean and the staff specifically Tammy is friendly and hardworking I had one minor issue with my sink that was taken care of promptly Furthermore the hallways don't look like a horror movie hotel the lobby has a lighthearted feel to it and sound isolation in my apartment gre     more ...
