I just rented an apartment here and Im overjoyed The building is stunning and has excellent features plus the area is great and very convenient But even more so I was delighted to work with the rental center personnel Everyone was friendly welcoming and supportive As soon as I arrived Blake welcomed me in with his expertise of the buildings and gave me outstanding advice Additionally Gina the manager was amazing she helped me during checkin and made sure everything went perfectly Her professionalism was greatly appreciated To summarize my experience here its been positive from top to bottom so much so that I would highly recommend renting from this staff Plus they have delicious candy there more ... hide ...

November 2019 marked the start of living in this apartment In that same month I had to spray for bed bugs and my electric bike was stolen from the parking lot despite two locks and chains being cut Water from upper floors dishwashers coming through the sink is an ongoing problem with no resolution Additionally there has been no repair of the missing towel ho 2022-11-07T18:02:18Z

The building is in a great location and is safe with access to many grocery stores The transit is excellent but the rent is quite high Additionally the property management often cannot be reached after 5 pm or on holidays and may not be very helpful to new immigrants For instance when I was moving from one unit to another within the building they asked that I pay an extra month of rent if I wanted an extra day for packing up my belongings this would have made me homeless for a night After some begging and pleading they finally agreed to give me an extra day without paying even though there was another tenant in the unit that same day Its unclear how it all worked out in the end but it certainly was a stressful experience more ... hide ...
