November 2019 marked the start of living in this apartment. In that same month, I had to spray for bed bugs and my electric bike was stolen from the parking lot, despite two locks and chains being cut. Water from upper floors dishwashers coming through the sink is an ongoing problem with no resolution. Additionally, there has been no repair of the missing towel holder in the washroom; while rent has risen $235 in just two years. Heaters are insufficient to keep the apartment warm during winter but it's a good neighborhood overall.
