We had an awful stay here and 0 stars would be more appropriate We saw dead roaches in the kitchen living room drawers cupboards fridge sink and stove on our first day despite receiving treatments we spotted more later Ive seen roaches in the elevator twice and the laundry room too Additionally we had mice in our kitchen which was not addressed for almost 4 weeks after contacting management who then ignored us when we reached out again Red ants were all around the building I saw them in my living room bathroom and kitchen Other than these issues there have been multiple other problems with our unit that werent pest related Olman resident manager tries to solve them quickly but Omar Boland property manager is unhelpful he disregards any of our issues minimizes them and blames us instead of accepting responsibility After researching reviews about Hollyburn Properties on different sites its clear that this is a common trend large buildings like these will always have some problems but the magnitude of ours combined with dismissive attitude from management takes it to another level altogether STAY AWAY more ... hide ...

CapReits 23 Oriole Road in Midtown Toronto may be a financially feasible choice for those seeking an apartment in one of the citys better areas The area is safe has plenty of features and great public transportation including two subway lines streetcar and bus though the bus is not always reliable but can be quite dull CapReit is known to be intrusive with frequent inspections that require ones signature My experience with them was less than satisfactory their staff were overzealous about having me take part in their inspection programs but apathetic towards serving tenants needs even trying to evict me when my rent was posted late maintenance tasks were done poorly and hastily windows were drafty carpeting harbored dust and mold after a burglary they took weeks to replace a window with the same weak material from before heating during winter was insufficient kitchen light eventually broke due to its age On the plus side utilities were included in rent and I had a nice view of nature from my corner apartment for my cat to enjoy more ... hide ...
