I've been living in this place for three years now and I couldn't be more pleased. It's a great dealâ€”the rent is under $1500 and the rooms are larger than most apartments at that price, plus the bathrooms have plenty of room. Moreover, all the necessary amenities are within walking distance. Before moving here I heard rumors about drugs/weeds in the Sherbourne area; however, it has not been an issue for me during my stay here. This is an entirely safe locationâ€”no external problems with drugs or unwanted people. The management team is also very helpful; thus, I would definitely give this place five stars!
