The worst experience living in this residence was when I lived there for a year A tenant beside us was smoking both cigarettes and marijuana which is against the smokefree and petfree policy imposed by their bylaw After making multiple complaints to their One Click Fix useless I spoke with Johanne from the management She said she would give them a 14 day eviction notice but 30 days later nothing had been done It turned out that one roommate we had an issue with moved from one apartment to the other since they all were friends and management took no action on resolving the situation We called One Click Fix again but it did nothing so then we contacted ByLaw who arrived 3 hours later when nobody was home Now Im calling police because enough is enough I wouldnt recommend this apartmentcompany to anyone I know more ... hide ...

My first time renting was certainly a memorable experience though not in a good way The building had nice finishes but the management left much to be desired We rented a three bedroom unit that felt smaller than expected the third bedroom lacked a window which Im sure isn't up to fire safety regulations There wasnt even room for a dining area in the master bedroom and while the balcony was large it seemed like some of that space could have been better used inside As part of our agreement we were responsible for changing light bulbs we had to replace at least 8 in our first year Plus our air conditioner didnt start working until almost the end of our lease After multiple requests for help from management it turned out there was an issue with the drainage line not being connected Parking in the underground lot was convenient but inconveniently jammed when two or more vehicles were trying to come and go at once same went for the elevator which often needed repairs Additionally we heard children making noise around us all day and night plus pets despite rules being against them not to mention multiple instances of faulty fire alarms going off during sleep hours Lastly upon moving out I had no receipt of my damage deposit until 1 month later when I contacted them again they had sent it to my old address despite me already having vacated Needless to say Id rent there again if only management provided better service more ... hide ...
