The Cedarcrest Apartment building is in a state of disrepair; Weidner management seemingly overlooks it. The property manager's only explanation is usually that they "can't do it due to COVID" or some other excuse to delay the work for months. Here are some everyday issues at this property: 1) The washing machine on the top floor has been non-operational for months, leaving only one washer and dryer on that floor, forcing those living there to take their loads of laundry down to the basement. 2) Cars break-ins are a regular occurrence in both front and back parking lots; security cameras have not worked for a few months now. 3) Illegal drug users can easily gain access into the building as there is inadequate security since no property manager resides on-site and thus cannot hear any screams from druggies at night. 4) Bedbug infestations occur often; however, alternative accommodation isn't provided if this happens. 5) Maintenance takes weeks or even months regardless of COVID restrictions and tickets are closed before resolving any issues, making it impossible to reopen them through previously used apps/sites by residents logging complaints/issues with management. 6) Snow removal often comes last compared to nearby rental The Cedarcrest Apartment building is in a state of disrepair; Weidner management seemingly overlooks it.
