If you're thinking of relocating here, be warned; they require a deposit before showing you a lease, which is not surprising. The lease states that any broken windows or appliances are the tenant's responsibility- even if beyond their control- and management refused to adjust it or even acknowledge in writing that they would repair them. It was only one week until our moving date when we noticed these issues, and three weeks until our deposit was refunded. I believe this system is designed to force tenants into signing the lease once they put down the deposit because it's impossible to find another apartment and pay for another deposit within a short span of time.
