This complex was one of the first I lived in a few years ago; it was luxurious and mostly tranquil. The management back then did great work, even after the building went to a different company. When I returned to the city, my lease was ended early yet there wasn't an excessive penalty.

This is an excellent place to reside! For those who smoke, there is an outdoor metal ashtray provided off the premises so it does not disrupt anyone. The garbage and recycling bins come with covers. There is ample parking available, both on the street and in a gated lot. When renting one of the three buildings (1 pet allowed), you get one stall; but you may be able to rent a second if needed. Choose from two bedroom/one bath or two bedroom/two baths options. Security buildings are also included, as well as an exercise room which gets professionally cleaned regularly. Come take a look - there are nice rent incentives too!

The worst experience living in this residence was when I lived there for a year. A tenant beside us was smoking both cigarettes and marijuana, which is against the smoke-free and pet-free policy imposed by their by-law. After making multiple complaints to their "One Click Fix" (useless), I spoke with Johanne from the management. She said she would give them a 14 day eviction notice, but 30 days later nothing had been done. It turned out that one roommate we had an issue with moved from one apartment to the other since they all were friends, and management took no action on resolving the situation. We called One Click Fix again but it did nothing, so then we contacted By-Law who arrived 3 hours later when nobody was home. Now I'm calling police because enough is enough; I wouldn't recommend this apartment/company to anyone I know.
