My partner and I had a great experience with our first apartment, thanks to the landlord Christina. She was an amazing building manager, always available to answer questions and responding quickly. Christina puts in her best efforts to make sure things run smoothly! The two bed two bath apartment we lived in was just the right size - not too big or small. Although it got warm during summer without AC, we never had any issues throughout the year except for needing a faucet replacement which was taken care of quickly by Christina. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment located in a good area that is also quiet.

Christina, the amazing building manager, is far and away the best part of these apartments. We have been here for quite some time, ever since my husband moved in as a bachelor to now that we are married. In general it is very quiet, secure and warm with good maintenance staff and useful storage space. Hot water is provided and packages can be dropped off at the door or postal box. The only downsides are having outside maintenance staff instead of our own man on site, plus having challenging neighbours occasionally; however overall it's a great place to live due to Christina's efficiency in managing disputes or finding solutions quickly when needed.
