Ive been renting at Saskatoon Towers for 3 years and the management has been hard to work with Northland took over from Quadreal a couple months ago they gave us 1 days notice had us submit direct deposits and it took them 20 days into January before rent was taken out of our accounts without any communication Our friendly maintenance people were fired too 2022-09-21T07:02:18Z
Ive been renting at Saskatoon Towers for 3 years and the management has been hard to work with Northland took over from Quadreal a couple months ago they gave us 1 days notice had us submit direct deposits and it took them 20 days into January before rent was taken out of our accounts without any communication Our friendly maintenance people were fired too Management said they could enter our units MF 9am5pm which is illegal We don't know how to contact emergency maintenance or submit requests and last night our FOB system didnt work in 30 degrees Celsius My sisters unit was 10 degrees and she had to sleep on my couch buy a space heater today she wont be compensated either Two people never got their 500 referral credit or free month of rent per Quadreal Northland wont honor it either There have been 2 fires in the stairwell in 3 months too When Quadreal managed Impark took over parking we had to set up accounts which cost 25 but werent compensated for it Covid shut down amenities but rent increased there was no compensation for that loss either gym was why I chose this bldg Its high price yet lots of unexpected expenses uncertainties disruptions unsafe so not worth it Im moving ASAP more ... hide ...

Property management is terrible the building managers are haughty and disrespectful The plumbers and maintenance personnel have no clue what theyre doing they lie constantly about the heat system that theyre in charge of overseeing Furthermore they state that its the owners job to pay for a new water heater even though we don't actually own the building jus 2022-10-26T06:02:18Z
Property management is terrible the building managers are haughty and disrespectful The plumbers and maintenance personnel have no clue what theyre doing they lie constantly about the heat system that theyre in charge of overseeing Furthermore they state that its the owners job to pay for a new water heater even though we don't actually own the building just our condo unit Its the worst management company Ive ever encountered Also replacing windows and siding isn't something that belongs to us its part of the structure we don't possess We had no selection when it came to selecting these new features and installers didnt install them correctly either so I had to hire someone else who charged me money I couldnt afford If I could give them a rating lower than one star it would be minus a billion stars more ... hide ...

I am living in Broadstreet properties and the management of the building is fantastic The staff and manager work diligently to keep the building wellmaintained and clean Any issues in my apartment are quickly resolved I am honored to be part of such a professionally managed property Its roomy with insuite laundry and a dishwasher plus its situated perfectly 2022-10-01T11:32:17Z

The management in the place where I lived was awful Everyone I encountered like resident relations maintenance and building managers were all incredibly unprofessional and of no help whatsoever They never gave enough notice for anything only providing excuses instead of solutions When you needed to get a hold of someone urgently it was impossible because the 2022-10-27T08:02:19Z

I cannot rate this company negatively enough Weve had a leak from the upstairs neighbor for eight months and Mainstreet hasnt sent anyone to investigate When we reported bedbugs they told us it was probably cockroaches something we don't even have in Alberta and Saskatchewan Worse still there is zero soundproofing so I hear everything my neighbors are doing 2022-10-10T17:02:19Z

I read both positive and negative reviews about this building before settling on it so I thought I should leave one too No problems have arisen yet maintenance and management have been responsive and accommodating In particular Carl was very patient with all my queries during the leasing process while Denys is always friendly and helpful whenever my partner 2022-10-01T23:32:17Z
I read both positive and negative reviews about this building before settling on it so I thought I should leave one too No problems have arisen yet maintenance and management have been responsive and accommodating In particular Carl was very patient with all my queries during the leasing process while Denys is always friendly and helpful whenever my partner or I speak to him Maintenance usually comes quickly when we need them for minor issues which is better than our last rental The walls between suites are thick enough that only faint noises from other tenants occasionally come through We also appreciate the insuite washerdryer dishwasher as well as pet policy of this building The only thing that can be a bit irritating are some of the other tenants who don't clean up after their pets or make noise late at night However most of our interactions with them have been fine when we asked them to quiet down at 2am All things considered its a decent place to live with reasonable costs plus supportive staff and friendly neighbours highly recommended more ... hide ...
